HOW DO I REGISTER? EMAIL: After downloading tenbre, launch the application. Click on ‘Register’ and enter your Username, Email address, Password and click on Go. A message will be sent to your email address for activation. Go to your email address to activate. After activation success, return to tenbre page and enter your registered email address and password and click on Login.
FACEBOOK OR TWITTER: Click on Facebook/Twitter, enter your Facebook/Twitter details and click ok thrice.
HOW DO I ADD MY SMART CARD? Click on the Menu icon at the top left corner to view the side bar, Go to Profile and select ‘Recharge your StarTimes Smartcard’, Enter smart card number and the last 6 digits of your decoder serial number and click ok.
HOW DO I ADD MORE THAN ONE SMART CARD? Go to your Profile or Account management, Click on ‘Edit’ and select ‘Add Smart Card’, Enter the smart card number and the last 6 digits of the decoder serial number and click ok. No limitations.
CAN I REMOVE ADDED SMART CARD? On Profile/Account Management, User can remove added smart card by clicking on ‘Edit’ and select this (-) icon in red color beside the added smart card and click on confirm to remove
HOW DO I RECHARGE MY DECODER VIA TENBRE? Open the side bar menu and click on Account management or Profile, select your smart card number, click on Recharge this Smart Card and select your recharge option (Use coupon, Recharge Card or Online Payment)
HOW DO I CHANGE BOUQUET? Open the side bar menu and click on Account management or Profile, select your smart card number, click on Change Bouquet, select your preferable bouquet and enter the last 6 digits of your decoder serial number and click on confirm to change.
HOW DO I GAIN COINS? By performing Daily tasks everyday like: Check in, Book a program, Recharge your decoder via recharge card or online payment.
WHAT DO I USE MY COINS FOR? Go to your Profile, select the “Spend Coins” option to view the different gifts you can redeem with your coins.
HOW DO I USE MY COUPONS TO RECHARGE MY DECODER? Go to your Profile, Click on ‘Coupons” to review your coupons. Click on recharge beside the coupon, then confirm to recharge. There are two types of coupons: The red & the Green. The red coupon can only be used when you recharge your decoder via online payment or recharge card while the Green coupon can only be used once for the first time.
CAN I HAVE A PRIVATE CHAT WITH OTHER USERS IN THE CHAT ROOM? All the chat rooms are open for general chats; users can meet other users and discuss different topics in the chat rooms. No private chat room!
HOW CAN I VIEW PROGRAM GUIDE AND ALSO SET A PROGRAM ALERT? Open the side bar menu, select Channel Guide, and Select a channel to view the program guide. Then select your favorite program and click on the ‘Alarm clock’ symbol located at the right corner. Tap the Alarm clock symbol once to set alert or twice to cancel.
HOW CAN I DOWNLOAD EPG INFORMATION OF PARTICULAR CHANNEL? Open the side bar menu, select Channel Guide and select the Channel you want to see the EPG information and click on the ‘Download Icon’ to download 7 days EPG of the channel. Get StarTimes Mobile App(tenbre) Download here: www.tenbre.me
